Two ingredient dosers used in ice cream production. With auger feed of ingredients to a lamella pump. There are 3 augers with each a different surfaces for different capacities. Product to be dosed can be dry or liquid if it has sufficient viscosity to be retained by the augers. Liquid product capacity 200 - 4.000 liter per hour, dry product capacity 20 - 400 liter per hour. Hopper ± 70 L mounted on 3 weighing/load cells. Inline mixer. Mobile. Control panel (ingredient dosers 20-14-02 has also a weight display), control manual and manual operation panel.
