HERE'S HOW!
1. Heat a generous glug of olive oil in an oven-proof frying pan.
2. Once the oil is hot, gently add your steak and sear it briefly on each side.
3. Add a 125 g block of butter along with finely chopped mixed herbs of your choice and garlic.
4. Cook the steak, flipping to fully coat it, until the butter has melted.
5. Pop the pan under the grill in your oven and cook until done to perfection!
6. Rest the meat well before serving.
