Oats adai/ oats chilla /Healthy tasty masala oats adai
Oats are an incredibly healthiest whole grain especially for the weight loss.
Here i am going to make tasty Oats masala adai or Oats chilla made of 100%oats, with the any available vegetables in your home to make it more healthlier .
Igredients :
instant oats - 1/2 cup
carrot - half finely chopped (any available veggies at home )
tomato - half finely chopped
onion - 1 medium
cumin seeds crushed - 1/4 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
ajwain seeds(omam) - 1/4 tsp
chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
pepper powder coarse - 1/2 tsp
few corainder leafs and curry leafs finely chopped
1 to 2 tsp curd (optional)
salt as needed
