Описание: बार-बार IVF Fail होने का बड़ा कारण – Uterus (Endometrium) Lining

IVF करवाने वाले बहुत से couples का एक ही सवाल होता है — “Embryo अच्छा है, transfer सही हुआ, फिर भी IVF बार-बार fail क्यों हो रहा है?”
इसका एक बहुत बड़ा और common कारण होता है Uterus lining का सही न होना।

Uterus Lining क्या होती है?

Uterus lining को Endometrium कहा जाता है।
यही वो जगह होती है जहाँ embryo जाकर चिपकता (implant) होता है।
अगर जमीन ही मजबूत नहीं होगी, तो बीज चाहे कितना भी अच्छा हो, पौधा नहीं उगेगा — IVF में भी यही नियम लागू होता है।

IVF Fail और Uterus Lining से जुड़े मुख्य कारण
1️⃣ Lining पतली होना (Thin Endometrium)

Ideal lining आमतौर पर 8–12 mm मानी जाती है

अगर lining 6 mm या उससे कम है तो embryo implant होने में परेशानी आती है

Blood flow कम होना, hormonal imbalance या बार-बार D&C / abortion इसका कारण हो सकता है

2️⃣ Lining की Quality खराब होना

सिर्फ मोटाई ही नहीं, lining का pattern भी बहुत ज़रूरी होता है

Triple line pattern न बनना

Fibrosis या scars होना

पुरानी infection की वजह से lining receptive न रहना

3️⃣ Uterus में Infection या Inflammation

Chronic Endometritis

बार-बार discharge, हल्का pain, या बिना लक्षण के infection

Infection embryo को चिपकने नहीं देता और IVF fail हो सकता है

4️⃣ Fibroid, Polyp या Adhesions

Uterus के अंदर fibroid या polyp

Asherman syndrome (uterus में चिपकाव)
ये सब lining को damage कर देते हैं और implantation में रुकावट बनते हैं

5️⃣ Hormonal Imbalance

Estrogen कम होना

Progesterone सही समय पर न मिलना

Thyroid या PCOS की समस्या
Hormones lining को तैयार करने में बहुत बड़ी भूमिका निभाते हैं

6️⃣ Poor Blood Flow to Uterus

अगर uterus तक खून सही मात्रा में नहीं पहुँच रहा:

lining पतली रह जाती है

embryo को nutrition नहीं मिल पाता

implantation fail हो जाता है

Stress सिर्फ दिमाग पर नहीं, uterus receptivity पर भी असर डालता है

Hormones disturb होते हैं
