I spent my summers at the beach as a kid, and after coming out as transgender and non-binary, I developed some anxiety about my visibility at the beach. I want to push through my nerves and claim my space. Come along on the journey with us to find our place in a coastal New England beach town.

Channeled whelk, bay scallop, common whelk, calico scallops, slipper shells, knobbed whelks, marsh periwinkles, etc wash up on Nantasket Beach. Classic New England shelling and sea glass hunting along the shore.

We find a variety of sea glass (mermaid tears): yellow sea glass, purple sea glass, and dark blue sea glass. Ruby red sea glass, olive sea glass, pink sea glass, and lots of clear/colorless glass. Sea foam sea glass, aqua sea glass, emerald sea glass, and brown sea glass. Sea glass with square grooved pattern.

Clara & Cole: queer couple living a block from the beach. Alt-left, feminist atheists who think science = really cool. Guardians to two majestic dogs; Ocean and Forest.
