Tricell, as an entity, is a multi-industrial conglomerate company with a heavy prominence in global pharmaceuticals. As the name of the company would suggest, Tricell is made up of three major divisions or 'cells'. Those being shipping, natural resources development, and pharmaceuticals divisions. With the pharmaceuticals divisions gaining particular prominence after the fall of Umbrella in 2003.
