Building My Son's First PC System With Him | Family Day #4

I'm building my son's first PC System. Kid likes ARGB, so I gave him an ARGB overload system smiley face This was built before the RAM price situation has gone tits up, so I hope you don't get mad for what you're about to see.

I am hoping that someday, my kid/s would see this video and be inspired to build their own PC system for their own needs, with their own preferences. So long as companies does not continuously try to do one over consumers in the future.

This was my first attempt at vlogging. I've been thinking about doing these kinds of videos for a while, but never really had the push to go through with it. I haven't documented the whole thing because I got really tired midway on the build. I was not also able to video the things I've modified to make this PC system fit this ridiculous amount of fans. I've had a previous experience before when I built my own PC system, and this time I took a step further and tried how many fans I can fit in the case. Seems I got a little carried away because I went for an impractical amount of fans to be placed in the case.

However, this is something I wanted my kid/s to appreciate from their old man, if they see this in the future. That is to let them know that you can let your creativity shine when doing something you're fond of.

For PC enthusiasts out there, here are the things I've learned with this case:
-Horizontal orientation of the Tower 250 provided the best GPU temps [Ambient: 30C Hotspot: 78C] vs Vertical Orientation (GPU I/O facing up) [Ambient: 30C Hotspot: 98C]
-Radiator fans as intake gave better temps, but I kept them as exhaust since the left side of my case faces my desk. With limited space, I didn’t want hot air blowing onto my things.
-Fans in the bottom intake makes considerable noise at 60%, 40-50% is tolerable but not if you really want peace and quiet.
-Cable management is . . .well, prepare for the worse. smiley face

For the Fans (Horizontal / with Chassis Stand Kit):
2x Thermalright TL-C12W-S V3 as Left Intake
2x TH280 V2 ARGB Fans as Back Exhaust
3x Thermaltake SWAFAN EX 14 (2 Radiator Exhaust, 1 Directional/Intake inside case)
1x ID-COOLING NO-12015-XT ARGB as Fan underneath the PSU (Yes, it fits)
4x IB-9015 ARGB Fans as Right Intake
2x CT120 (Case fans) as Right Intake (they fit with the stacked 4 IB-9015 fans)
8x ID-COOLING NO-8010 as Front/GPU Intake (fits with GPU as long as I remove the air filter and place it outside)
