Описание: Took a brief trips between AUS-LAX , LAX-BOS, BOS-DFW, DFW-AUS. One of the leg was a transcontinental flight, which was first time in my life. Having an upgrade to business class just made that particular segment over the top experience as I have never flown that long in the US domestic flight with comfort and service level that compared favorably with international business flights. Hard products and soft products of American Airlines on these four legs were all excellent and I had zero issues. Always appreciate professionalism I have been afforded by the crew members and looking forward to our next flight experience with American Airlines.
