With the millions of possible smoothie recipe combinations, it's easy to get overwhelmed. Whether you're making one for breakfast or for a post workout meal, having something EASY that tastes good always wins in my book. (BTW a good post workout meal is super important. It might even be more important than what you eat before a workout. The more intense your workout, the more important it is to eat a proper post workout meal.)

2 cups of spinach
2 cups of water
1 cup of mango
1 cup of pineapple
1 banana
1/4 avocado
