There are a few ways you can pay! You can set up an online bill payment through your bank or Medicare Easy Pay to have your premiums automatically deducted from your account. You can send a check or money order to PO Box 790355, St. Louis, MO 63179. Or you can complete the bottom portion of your Medicare bill with your credit or debit card information.
