Science based movements for Biceps
Starting with
Chin ups are the best body weight biceps exercise. You just need a bar and now pull your body by using supinated grip palm facing you just about shoulder grip.
Barbell curls using the EZ bar or zig-zag ba. Always start with the base your feet keep your elbow slightly bent no matter what throughout the reps during the exercise.
Inclined Seated dumbbell curls just like barbell curls but it targets the long head of the biceps
Hammer curls are done vertically palms facing eachother squeeze while bringing it up.
Reverse curls while performing this exercise your palm won't be supinated meaning palms will be pronated it not only builds biceps but also builds forearms.
Tips for everyone - Always squeeze while performing the exercise and focus on the form not on the weights because that's gonna build muscle.
