Fat Quarters as Quilt Backing

Описание: In today's video I walk you through using up your stacks and stacks of Fat Quarters as Quilt Backs.
Every 4 Fat Quarters is 1 yard.
For Example:
If you need 4 yards for a backing, that is 16 FQs and a 4x4 layout. If you cut them 17.5" x 21.5" that will be a 68" x 84" quilt back. Give or take a inch if you can not get that size cut from your fat quarters.
3 yards is 12 FQs with a 3x4 layout with same size cuts as above, yielding a 51" x 84" back.
6.25 Yards is 25 FQs with a 5x5 layout and about a 85" x 105" back.
7.75 Yards is 30 FQs with a 5.6 layout and about a 102" x 105" back.
Again not all FQs from shops are equal in size. I was able to get 17.5" x 20" in this video for 1 of my backs at 68" x 80". I also did 17.5" x 17.5" for the other 2 witch are 68" square. Its your backing, have fun with it.
