When the dinos discover a bunch of animals run amok all over Megalopolis, they wonder why these animals have fled from the woods and entered the city. Kane figures that Skor must have something to do with it. And, indeed he does. Skor has decided that his old evil lair is outdated and uninspiring. He needs a new evil lair.
