Описание: A brand new life has arrived at the ETSU Johnson City nest! On the morning of February 28, JC26 hatched - the first eaglet of the season for Boone & Jolene.

Jolene remained on the nest through the overnight hours while Boone stood watch from a nearby perch beside the nest tree, both parents faithfully guarding their precious egg as hatch time approached.

When morning came, JC26 finally made that incredible entrance into the world.

This video captures the tender highlights from those very first hours of life - the tiny eaglet’s squirmy attempts to find balance, those magical moments when parents and baby seem to gaze at one another in quiet wonder, and the warm, snuggly scenes that follow as the family settles into this beautiful new chapter.

It’s the beginning of another wonderful story for this beloved pair.

And the excitement doesn’t stop here! The next video will continue the Johnson City journey with the arrival of JC27, bringing a first look at the siblings’ earliest moments together as Boone & Jolene officially become a family of four.
