The character inside this tournament is decent characters which don't have buggy moves cheap moves and broken moves. It's very decent relative to most mugen characters. (not balanced relative to original game)
and all character are carrying at least advanced level of AI. some of them are insane and great!
a character is assembled by two parts
1. character it self
2. the AI
same character with different AI consider as different character in this tournament.
