Berry Hill, Nashville's famous neighborhood associated with quaint bungalows turned into world-class recording studios, is a treasure in both real estate and music. Outside of Music Row, it's probably the neighborhood most synonymous with music. It's not only inhabited by recording studios, labels, and management companies though. It's also the location of the well-known 100 Oaks Mall, where Vanderbilt University Medical takes up space to run its customer relations and billing departments, as well as has multiple doctor and medical offices. Vandy shares the strip with multiple retailers and companies, and the 27-theatre Regal Hollywood cinema sits just adjacent. With fine, cultured eateries, the Armory, and a whole slew of industrial factories, Berry Hill is thriving! We took some drone footage to share with you all! As always:
