Originally, a different phone was meant to be restored. Unfortunately, it turned out to have a faulty motherboard, making the repair uneconomical.
So instead… the donor became the patient.

Here’s what was done to bring the donor device back to life:

🖥️ • Brand-New Display with Frame Installed
A complete screen + frame assembly was installed to restore structure and usability.

🔙 • Used Back Cover Installed
A good-condition used back cover was fitted to complete the housing.

🔐 • Fingerprint Sensor Transferred
The fingerprint reader was salvaged from a scrapped back cover and installed into the donor device.

📲 • SIM Reader Already Present
The donor device already had a working SIM reader, saving an extra replacement.

🪛 • Missing Screws Replaced
The donor was missing screws, which were transferred from the originally intended repair phone.

🧼 • Cleaning, Assembly & Testing
After cleaning and careful reassembly, the phone was fully tested.
