Mostly we rely completely on support and resistance of Charts. A stock may be on its support but it can be expensive with respect to its profits. Hence along with chart analysis we should do fundamental analysis as well.
Price is dependent on the profits which are in turn dependent on sales, input raw material cost, demand, weakness in currency etc. Analysis of company's Con Call, Brokers Reports, Past Performance and Anticipating the new upcoming result is known as fundamental analysis.
Lastly, contracts made on option chain also indicates the sentiment of option sellers which helps us identify the resistance levels as per open interest positions build up in option chain.
