Micropropagation, is one of the techniques used in plant tissue culture to mass propagate the clones at large scale with a shorter period.
There are 5 stages of micropropagation:
Stage 0: selection of mother plant
Stage I: establishment of aseptic culture (surface sterilization)
Stage II: Shoot multiplication
Stage III: Root induction
Stage IV: Acclimatization
It is safe to be consumed because micropropagation is copy-paste technique to produce clone which is not genetic editing that resulted in a genetic-modified organism (GMO)
