Motiv travelled to Sunny Mallorca in September as part of the Jet2Holidays 2016 TV advert production contingency.
Working in the sun is quite nice, but it can have its drawbacks, namely long days in high temperatures and sometimes too much strong light, but we can put up with that.
With all the great sunshine it did however mean that we went all the way to Mallorca to then end up blocking out some of the sun and then use additional controlled lighting for filming. This means we were able to control the shadows and had no risk of cloud stopping filming. We filmed interviews with cast and crew and also filmed one of the actors proposing to his partner, (She said Yes).
Filming went well and the crew found it an enjoyable experience.The adverts produced by ‘Chief TV’ are live now.
