Chicken Shawarma is a delicious and flavorful Middle Eastern wrap, perfect for Iftar during Ramadan. The preparation starts with marinating chicken breasts in a well-measured mix of yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, lemon juice, salt, olive oil, black pepper powder, and Kashmiri red chili powder. A fresh salad is made separately using cucumber, bell pepper, onion, and lemon juice. Two types of sauces are also prepared—one combining yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, black pepper, sugar, salt, and olive oil, while the other consists of ketchup, chili sauce, and chili flakes. The marinated chicken is then fried to perfection and sliced. To assemble the shawarma, sauce 1 is spread over roti, paratha, or naan, followed by the fried chicken, fresh salad, and sauce 2. The wrap is then rolled and secured with paper tissue, ready to be enjoyed as a delicious and fulfilling meal.

• Salt as per taste
• Olive Oil/Cooking Oil (3 tbsp)
• Black Pepper Powder ( ½ tsp)
• Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (1/2 tsp ; optional)
• Cucumber (long sliced)
• Bell Pepper (sliced strip)
• Onion (lengthwise cut)
• Lemon Juice (3-4 tbsp)
• Yogurt ( ½ cup)
• Mayonnaise ( ½ cup)
• Lemon Juice ( ½ a Lemon)
• Garlic ( 1 clove, crushed)
• Black Pepper (a pinch ground)
• Sugar ( ½ tsp)
• Salt (as per taste)
• Olive Oil (4-5 tsp)
• Ketchup ( ¼ cup)
• Chilli Sauce ( ¼ cup)
• Chilli Flakes
