Sichuan Airlines pilots recall moment cockpit window blew out in mid-air

The pilot and co-pilot of Sichuan Airlines flight 3U8633 recalled the moments in their cockpit after the front window blew out in mid-air. Co-pilot Liang Peng was sucked halfway out the window, while captain Liu Chuanjian took control of the plane and managed to land it safely, even though temperatures inside the cockpit dipped to as low as minus 30 degrees Celsius.
