Описание: 🍗 As we head into soup szn, don’t forget to SAVE my easy & collagen rich chicken bone broth recipe so you can try making it later! All you need is chicken bones, feet, ACV and a big pot. One of my must eat skincare foods for a healthy gut and glowing skin 💖 ✨ My collagen rich bone broth recipe: 1-2 lbs chicken bones 1 lb chicken feet ~10 cups water (can adjust based on how big your pot is) 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar Optional: veggie scraps such as ginger, carrots, onion, celery Instructions: 1. Add bones + feet to a large stock pot. 2. Add 1 tbsp ACV and (optional) veggie scraps. 3. Add enough water so the bones are covered but leave a few inches at the top so there's enough room to boil. 4. Turn heat up to high. 5. Skim off any excess fat and/or debris. 6. Once boiling, turn heat down to medium low and let simmer for 4-6 hours. 7. Skim debris every hour or so. 8. Turn off heat and strain broth into jars. 9. Let broth fully cool before storing in fridge/freezer. Bone broth will last about a week in the fridge and a few months in the freezer. Let me know if you end up trying this - I usually try to make this about 1-2x a month so I always have bone broth in the freezer!
