Chapman Shum played pipe organ for the first time, it's a Street Organ in London Bridge Station, a Victorian organ with 250 pipes and full-range pedals, made circa 1880.
Chapman is a young pianist who was blind from birth, had a speech impediment, and had learning difficulties, but he had a good ear and nimble fingers. Despite the odds, he managed to pass the ABRSM grade 8 at the age of 11. With his can-do spirit, Chapman has won several music scholarships and was nominated for the 2021 Hong Kong Spirit Awards.
