When I play it on cello, the song shifts into something softer and more reflective—like you’re walking through an old memory you forgot you still carried. I wanted this version to feel warm, slightly bittersweet, and glowing around the edges… the kind of nostalgia you don’t rush through.

To create that glowing feeling, I used a 24% wet reverb blend with a gentle, airy decay to give the cello a soft halo around every note. Psychoacoustically, this kind of reverb expands the “emotional space” in a track, making the listening experience feel like a dream or a memory. The slight stereo spread also helps the brain interpret the sound as comforting and familiar, even when the arrangement is brand new.
