Pastry chef Aanchal Sapra is an alumni of the CIA (Culinary Institute of America). After graduating , she worked extensively with award winning chefs in New York and Boca Raton that allowed her to gain invaluable insight into mastering the nuances of the culinary world.
Armed with rich experience, a passion for baking and a love for sweet goods, she decided to continue perfecting her craft back at home in Pune which culminated into the genesis of Reve patisserie. Reve means dream in French and this was Aanchal’s lifelong dream now coming to fruition in reality ever since she first knew she wanted to become a baker back in 7th grade.
Home baker turned pastry chef had now transitioned into patisserie owner and still had the desire to pursue a niche specification course in gelatos from Carpigiani university in Italy which became Aanchal’s entry into the business world as she launched her own line of boxed gelatos known as Reveur.
Taking inspiration from industry leaders across the globe , Aanchal continues to master the art of the sweet tooth with a vision for expanding Reve and Reveur to make them a household name all over India.
