Описание: This video was taken on April 30th, 2015. After a week of heavy rains, The North Fork of the Red River began flowing steadily into Lake Altus/Lugert. At this point, the lake has risen between 3-4 feet. Run-off continues to pour in from the north at the Granite bridge near Boydville.
