Adidas Duramo RC: BUDGET Running Shoe That Actually Works?

Описание: So I’ve now covered 50miles / 80kms in the cheapest running shoe I’ve ever bought. How are they doing; are they terrible or are they okay? Today I review the Adidas Duramo RC…….

So not the worst shoe I’ve run in, and probably a usable shoe for lots of runners, especially those just starting out and not doing massive mileage. I will continue to use them for my speed-work sessions and faster workouts and update you all later in the year.
