Kim Stewart said her niece enjoyed being her mother's caretaker and worked as a security guard at a Schnuck's supermarket near Gravois and South Grand.
Ki-Shela Wellington wanted to become a St. Louis police officer and a professional boxer.
"Ki'Shela was so goal-oriented and she was always on the go," her aunt said.
However, on Dec. 29, her dreams ended tragically when she was shot and killed one month before her 21st birthday.
