Wicked - Twilight Princess (Anime Boston 2025 AMV Contest Entry)

Описание: Just saw Wicked For Good and realized I never posted my finalized version of my Twilight Princess Wicked trailer AMV so here it is! Only real changes are the text :)

If I had a nickel every time a favorite piece of media depicted themes of corrupt power with one woman unable to fight against it while the other one with a greenish hue does with an ancient source of magical power she has trouble controlling meanwhile the man fighting alongside her gets transformed by magic and also the man in power is just some guy who has no real power of his own... I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot but it's weird it happened twice.

Alternate title: The Legend of Oz: The Untold Story of the Princesses of Hyrule and Twilight

Our cast includes Midna as Elphaba, Zelda as Galinda, Link as Fiyero, and Zant as the Wizard Jeff Goldblum, a bold choice lol. Some other characters include Agatha as Dorothy and Colin as the lion cub. While not all the counterparts match Perfectly there are similarities I promise! I've been a fan of Wicked and Twilight Princess since 2012, and with the Wicked movie having just come out it got my friend and I talking about this AU. So naturally I listened to the trailer audio on repeat and realized "oh, this works." It actually worked out better than I thought it all came together pretty quickly.
