If anyone here has experienced the problem of pitstops not changing tires, i made a short video that explains the problem and also shows how to 100% fix it.
Took many hours to finally find the reason and reliably reproduce it. After finding it, the reason might seems obvious but i have talked with too many people who were not aware of this and it took me many hours and dozens of tests to confirm this.
