My first leche flan attempt for a single leche flan recipe.
Ingredients:
5 egg yolks
1 whole egg (total 6 eggs)
1/2 cup fresh milk or better evap milk
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla essence
Final product turned out really nice except for the bubbled sides. If any of you guys can tell why I didn't get smooth edges please write it down in the comment section. Would love to learn more.
