One serious fault for observation after the emergency stop - although there were no other vehicles around you should still make sure by looking all around before moving off again. There were also five driver faults, 2 for the use of speed, one for the position for normal stops, one for the slow reaction to the emergency stop and one for the control of the reverse park.
