A Sonic the Hedgehog 2 remake project in Sonic Mania! Remaking the original game in Sonic Mania isn't all that the team is doing however, they are also adding new content to spice up the experience! Such as adding cut zones from the original game, new art, a new OST, and polishing the game in areas that were rough or disliked in the original.

This is the final build of Sonic 2 Mania!

The project is being let go for many reasons, but the project leader (skyelineee) has been working for a while to put together the final release in the best possible way they could.

Keep in mind, this is an unfinished game build, so you will see incomplete material.

One more thing to note. There were a couple of crashes I encountered, only happening in certain special stages, which by the way as a heads up, the controls when playing the special stages feel a bit stiff.
