This workout total body workout is a sweet balance between traditional workouts (3 sets of 10 reps), progressive loading (increasing the weights each set) and cardio blasts! Ready for 7 rounds? Yup, that's right!
You will need your shoes on with 3 pair of weights so we can load as we go! As a guide, I am using 5lbs, 8lbs and 12lbs.
As with all Rev Your Engines, you get to pick your music ... so press play!
