To Recover your account with a video selfie-
Open the Instagram app and tap Forgot password? or Get help logging in on the login screen.
Enter your username and tap Next. Even if the hacker changed your email or phone number, using your username will still work.
Tap "Can't reset your password?" and then select "Need more help?" or "I can't access this email or phone number".
Enter a new, secure email address that only you can access. Instagram will use this to contact you.
Choose the option for identity verification. If your account includes photos of you, Instagram will ask you to take a video selfie.
Follow the on-screen instructions to record and submit the video selfie. You will be asked to turn your head in different directions so Instagram can verify you are a real person.
