Описание: We have collaborated with the Beijing Mechanical and Electrical Research Institute to pioneer the use of integrated rolling and near-net shape forming processes and successfully produced a 7.6-meter diameter, 3500-kilojoule grade counterblow hammer ring, setting new records for size and weight in similar components in China.Compared to traditional open-die forging, the integrated rolling and near-net shape forming process for manufacturing large, variable-section rings offers significant advantages in terms of forging allowances , production efficiency, material utilization,and the uniformity of material property. This approach not only shortens production cycles for timely delivery but also extends the service life of the forged components, all while reducing procurement costs for clients, achieving multiple benefits in one go.
