Описание: AVTEX INTERNATIONAL LLC is a M.V. integrator. Performance and advanced image Tool requirements dictated a PC based system. Cognex is the Machine Vision Technology provider. Cognex's GUI software is called "Designer" and it incorporates “VisionPro" (VPro) vision tools software. 4 opposing cameras (1,600 x 1,200 pixels) view 4-sides of the bottle/label simultaneously. The Vision Tools used are Edge, PatMax and image cropping/combining tools. Over 100 Edge tools determine points establish line segments which run extremely fast in a VPro PC based system and are tuned to balance sensitivity and robustness. PatMax with Auto-Tune verifies the correct pattern on the label and easily trains each new labels. Measurements are statistically analyzed to set limit values that minimize false rejects/accepts. All reject images, or marginal pass/fail) can be selected for automatic collection to a file for analysis off-line. Notes: This is not Cognex OmniView.
