🎙️ About Freddy Adrian
Freddy Adrián is a distinguished Venezuelan double bassist with a unique voice in the landscape of contemporary Latin American jazz. Born in Caracas and trained from an early age in Venezuela’s renowned music education system El Sistema, Freddy built a strong foundation in both classical and jazz traditions. He is currently based in Guadalajara, Mexico, where he serves as a member of the Jalisco Philharmonic Orchestra while actively leading and collaborating on creative projects that fuse jazz with world and Venezuelan music.

Freddy has also represented Venezuela in international festivals like BassEurope (Italy and the Netherlands), where he received awards for his performance in both jazz and classical categories. Currently, Freddy is preparing a new solo album featuring original compositions that reflect his evolution as a performer and creative voice. His music is defined by rhythmic depth, melodic freedom, and a sincere connection to his Latin American identity.
