The Eldrazi Incursion deck features Ulaleck, the Ceaseless as a commander. While it can't copy absolutely everything, its ability lets you copy Eldrazi spells and even duplicate triggered and activated abilities for just two colorless mana. So, yeah, it comes pretty darn close to copying everything Eldrazi-related! (Perfect for new or returning players)
