A Festival of Lights at St. Paul's School

Описание: Last night, our community gathered in the Chapel of St. Peter and St. Paul for our first-ever Festival of Lights, a new service for the holiday season. Planned by the Chaplaincy, the service brought the community together to celebrate several religious and cultural traditions, including the lighting of the menorah, the Hindu Festival of Lights, the divine light of Islam, the seven candles of Kwanzaa, and the lighting of the Advent wreath.

Following the festival, students made their way to the Upper to enjoy a special holiday feast.

St. Paul’s School was founded in 1856 when George Shattuck established a school for boys in Concord, New Hampshire. Originally established on 50 acres of land, the grounds now comprise 2,000 idyllic acres, which include 25 miles of wooded trails, four ponds, and the upper third of the Turkey River.
