No Bake Bread Pizza Roll

Ingredients for Chicken Filling:
Chicken (boiled & shredded) 500 g
Pizza sauce 1 cup
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp

Ingredients for Bread Pizza Roll:
Bread slices as required
Prepared chicken filling as required
Mozzarella cheese as required
Capsicum (chopped) as required
Onion (chopped) as required
Tomatoes (chopped) as required
Black olives (chopped) as required
Oil (for brushing) as required

Directions for Chicken Filling Preparation:
In a bowl add chicken, pizza sauce, black pepper powder, salt, red chili flakes, oregano and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Bread Pizza Rolls Preparation:
Take the bread slices and flatten it with a rolling pin.
Add a layer of chicken filling, mozzarella cheese in the center of the bread diagonally.
Top it with capsicum, onion, black olives and wrap the bread in roll shape. Secure it with a toothpick.
Brush oil on a preheated griddle and place bread pizza rolls on it. Cover and cook over low flame until the cheese melts.
Your No Bake Bread Pizza Rolls are ready.
