Finally cleared the final Pathogen DLC mission on Insane (highest) difficulty (with no positive cards) after quite a few attempts, and we're done with the game! Demolisher rocket with bleed is great against the Queen, so just use it to keep up the bleed stacks. Focus on other mobs in the meantime while kiting the Queen. Try not to shoot at the Queen so you don't destroy its armour, and this prevents it from spawning more mobs.
Picked this game up recently with couple of friends and after hours of grind, we finally cleared the whole game on Insane difficulty. I really enjoyed my playthrough of the game, the gameplay and number of class/weapons customisations is great. Based on my limited hours, it feels harder than WWZ because any mistakes you make is punishing, mainly due to limited medical supplies and the fact that you are out of the game after going down twice.
