Miljøtræningen skal tage mindst mulig tid fra den daglige dressurtræning af hesten, for også her har de unge heste et stramt program og meget at lære, før de er klar til stævne eller i det her tilfælde Unghestechampionatet ved Herning Horseshow. Derfor udnytter Michael enhver situation til at udfordre hesten, og den ellers så rolige 4-årige Atterupgaards Mandalay e. Stedinger reagerer uforudset på en ting på jorden.

Even calm horses get scared!
Environmental training should take as little time as possible away from the everyday dressage training of the horse, because the youngsters have a tight schedule and lots to learn before they’re ready for a competition or, in this case, the Young Horse Championship at Herning Horseshow in Denmark. That is why Michael utilizes every opportunity to challenge the horse, and the otherwise very calm 4-year-old Atterupgaards Mandalay by Stedinger reacts unexpectedly to something on the ground.
