"Position Title: Process Associate
Position Overview:
The Process Associate I is responsible for processing information while using a desktop computer. The operator will be compiling, coding and documenting all information provided from specific sources. The Operator must be able to type a minimum of 45 WPM with a 98% accuracy rating in numeric or alpha/numeric mix. The Operator must be able to key from written and image source documents according to the specific client requirements.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Process Associate must enter information accurately in a timely fashion using specified DATAMARK procedures
• The candidate must read and understand the cursive handwritten
• Key required fields per current business rules and work instructions
• All other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
• Diploma or Any Graduate with decent communication, analytical and good email writing skills
• Candidates with good typing knowledge or with typing certificate will be given preference
• Previous Process Associate – alpha/numeric experience
Required Skills:
• Ability to read documentation and follow various forms of processing documentation
• Ability to change between various work tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy and timeliness expectations
• Ability to adapt to changes in procedures and priorities easily
• Ability to learn quickly while in a training setting
• Basic computer and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions
• Good typing Skill

Shift Timing:
First shift timing: 6.30am to 2.30pm
Second shift timing: 2.30pm to 10.30pm
Night shit timing: 10.30pm to 6.30pm
