This according to Pyongyang′s state－run Korean Central News Agency on Tuesday.
Although the specific date of the visit is unknown，... experts believe the report comes in response to Seoul－Washington defense talks held Monday， where the two allies reaffirmed their strong stance against North Korea′s missile threats.
