Описание: The hardest part of working out and meeting your fitness goals is starting and staying consistent! Day in and day out! Well what if it were as simple as showing up for 10 to 25 minutes a day, everyday, I’d be willing to bet you could find the time! Even better, no equipment is needed and you can do the workout from the comfort of your own home, or wherever else you so choose! These sessions are designed so that you can turn your brain off, follow lead, have some fun, and get your dream results! It’s as easy as pushing play! No matter how hard or how easy the workout is, hold yourself accountable, push yourself to max capacity and watch how just 10 to 25 minutes a day can truly change your life! Welcome to Doodle Fitness

A couple years ago I found myself finding peace through faith, fitness and travel. While on this journey I traveled to Punta Cana, took my first Tabata workout class and fell in love. Now I am wanting to share my joy, passion and fitness knowledge with all of you in hopes it'll help you on your journey and maybe just might help you find yourself again as it did me.

Doodle Fitness gets its name from the nickname that my mother used to call me, "Nickie Doodle." Unfortunately she passed away when I was 18 years old but the nickname has carried on, hence Doodle Fitness being born. She is always with me in spirit and her ashes are in the necklace that I wear in every video, so she is always present and with me!

I hope you enjoy my channel and that these workouts bring you as much happiness as they have brought me! Your goals are right around the corner, all you need to do is push play!
