Seriously injured Gazans have been flown to the UAE in what is the biggest "mercy mission" of the truce so far.
Previous flights have taken out two small groups of eight.
This emergency airlift saw nearly 200 patients and accompanying dependants or relatives flown out.
Sky News was the only foreign news organisation allowed on the flight, as our Special Correspondent Alex Crawford reports.
