From erupting geysers and thundering waterfalls to sprawling glaciers and fresh lava fields, seeing these landscapes from above, really showcase Iceland’s raw, untamed beauty like never before.

📍 Locations featured in this video:
Nátthagi Valley — solidifying lava fields from the 2025 Sundhnúkur eruption.
Þingvellir National Park & Öxarárfoss — one of the only places on Earth where tectonic plates rise above the surface, also home to the world’s first parliament in 930 AD.
Strokkur Geyser — erupts every 5–10 minutes, blasting water up to 40m high.
Gullfoss — Iceland’s mighty “Golden Falls,” fed by glacial meltwater from the Hvítá River.
Háifoss — one of Iceland’s tallest waterfalls, plunging 122m into a rugged canyon.
Seljalandsfoss & Gljúfrabúi — iconic waterfalls you can walk behind, hidden gems tucked into cliffs.
Skógafoss — a colossal 60m curtain of water, often crowned with rainbows.
Sólheimajökull Glacier — an outlet of Mýrdalsjökull, sitting atop the mighty Katla volcano.
