CARNIVORE FLOUR INGREDIENTS:
360g Chicken Flour
80g Egg White Protein Powder
60g Ground Pork Rinds
48g Beef Gelatine Powder

90 SECOND BREAD & BUNS:
32g/4 tbsp Carnivore Flour (as above)
4g/1 tsp Baking Powder
1 Egg White
4 tbsp Water

METHOD: For the best results please follow the tutorial provided in the video.
